There can often be concern and hesitation visiting dealerships for people who are more feminine presenting due to worry over being talked down to or otherwise disrespected. We needed a vehicle with a 3rd row, as our family had outgrown our current vehicle. I saw a van listed on Facebook Marketplace and reached out, and we drove from Battle Creek to see it in person and test drive it. Communication was excellent, and Justin was very easy to work with. Probably the smoothest car buying transaction I’ve ever had, from negotiation to driving off. Scott was a class act and the owner Matt personally had a scuff we found addressed while we signed the paperwork. Appreciated the Christian bible verses all over their office but would’ve liked to see some on their website! You can tell the culture of this place has nothing to hide and wants to be upfront and honest with you the entire way. Thank you again guys!

Completely thrilled with our new to us van.Melissa and the whole crew went out of their way to make us comfortable with the purchasing process. Within a week I got the opportunity to really stretch the legs of our new van and put on a few thousand miles. (Including a "quick" stop at the Bass Pro Shop in Springfield Missouri 😁)To say we are satisfied would be an understatement, customer first service which seems sometimes harder to find nowadays is very much here.Yes I would absolutely recommend them as they were recommended to us by my brother.

We bought a Subaru from Brooke. She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. BMG is very transparent and will show you all of the repair/tune up/car history documents and pictures of the car. The buying experience was great! The car has been running great with no issues. I was recommended BMG by a friend, and now I will also pass along the recommendation.
